Orphan dies in China

I read tonight about a little baby girl in China that passed away waiting for  a family.  It breaks my heart to hear of such things.  She has surgery in China but didn't survive the fight.  I wonder if she had gotten the surgery sooner that things would have been a lot different.  It just reminds me of the time we went o see the orphanage that Reagh grew up in his first year of life.  There was a little boy that was there that really needed heart surgery and they had no funding to be able to do it.  Without it the said that he wouldn't survive.  I often think of him and wonder if had enough fight in him to hang on.  If we could have taken him home with us we would have.  TJ held his little hand for a long time looking at him.  He had a special place in our hearts.  I'm so glad that we will be going back to make one less orphan in China.
